Project Directory Naming Convention

Over the past month I have been assisting the Mass office with one of their new projects and noticed a practice they have in place that we would like to incorporate into our standard file management on the servers for all CES offices.

Below you can see the _Proj-2017 folder contents for the Mass server. Note that they have placed the project name after the project number. If you are like me, you probably struggle to remember what number is what project. This in itself will be a big time saver in locating a particular project; especially if you are a new employee, jumping in to assist or have been away from a project for some time.
