Change to Plumbing Modeling Workflow

After a short discussion with Jesse VanCamp, we have decided that piping between carriers in a wet wall should be modeled with no pitch. Revit perceives the pitched pipe as a conflict to the carrier we currently use and would likely regardless of the family utilized.

The feeling is that the lack of a modeled pitch within the wall will not create an issue with coordination accuracy or constructability. Please follow this practice going forward.

Any way we can reduce the number of listed conflicts and streamline our layout time will make our lives that much easier.
