Licensing Errors - Updated Fix

With the new license type we all now use, it has become obvious that the system is logging users out from time to time. This is happening from the Autodesk servers and we have no control of it here at CES. Some of you have received notifications like the ones shown below and others may see it in the future. The resolution, more often than not, seems to be signing out of the Desktop Connector (located in the lower right corner of the Windows taskbar, see third image) and signing back in with your Autodesk sign-in. This should re-establish your licensing for all Autodesk products.


If this does not work, this past BIM Blast from Jan 2021 will be the next step in resolving the issue.
