Modifications to Template Object Colors

To better facilitate consistency between teams and offices, I have modified the text, tags and linetypes within the project template to now be black in lieu of the colors red, blue and black that were used prior to help visually identify different object types and to differentiate CAD content from specifically vetted Revit content. Please note that now that this differentiation means is removed, it will fall on the end users to be sure to not use text where tags are needed and that CAD linetypes and weights are not inadvertently used where they should not be.
