Modifications to the Coordinated RCP template

In an effort to enhance the readability of the RCP plans and better visualize areas that may or may not have a ceiling, the template has been modified as shown below. In the two views shown below, the ceiling is now shown as a pale blue which helps the user see the void white areas that indicate no ceiling.

The template will no longer control the model visual style which will allow the user to switch from hidden to wireframe to better help see things above the ceiling when necessary. In wireframe, the building framing has been set to fine view (see 2nd image). Along with objects above the ceiling, the framing will also be visible in a pale red.
