Template Families Renamed - VAV

Continuing efforts to establish and enforce a standard of naming for CES approved families for common use on our projects, the following content has been renamed in the template. CES-M(echanical)-EQ(uipment)- is the established prefix for this type of family. "Based on..." suffix denotes manufacturer and model as basis of design.
